Check your order on delivery

At Hishopy you pay in cash on delivery. When the courier arrives, open your order and check the piece (size, colour, quality) before you pay.

If you don’t like it or find any problem, you can refuse the order right there in front of the courier and pay nothing.

7-day returns

Even after delivery and payment, you can return your order within 7 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in line with Moroccan consumer protection law no. 31-08.

How to return an order

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery by phone at 0674933153 or by email at Hishopy01@gmail.com, with your order number.
2. We agree with you on how to send the piece back to us.
3. The piece must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition, with all labels and packaging.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the piece is faulty or not what you ordered (wrong size or colour); in that case we cover the cost.

Refund or exchange

Once we receive the piece and check its condition, we refund the amount you paid within 15 days of your return request, by bank transfer or money transfer, as you prefer. You can also exchange it for another size or colour, subject to availability.

If you bought a bundle offer (2 or 3 pieces) and return only part of it, we refund the price of that piece as it was counted after the discount.
